Review on EVALESS by Bobby Watkins

Unfortunately, my recent acquisition of a dress from EVALESS was not a positive experience for me. The dress was delivered well past the estimated arrival date and was made of a cheap, itchy material. The dress was unwearable because the measurement was incorrect. In addition, I had a hard time getting in touch with their customer support to request a refund or exchange. Replies to emails were sluggish, and agents were rude and unhelpful. In general, EVALESS is not a store I would suggest to anyone in search of high-caliber apparel and a pleasant purchasing experience. Their products are of low quality, they take too long to deliver orders, and their customer support is unhelpful. Don't waste your time here; go somewhere else.
