I've had foot surgery and my leg swells when I'm not wearing compression stockings. I have knee length compression stockings but I need invisible socks for the summer. It's awesome! No swelling after a full day of wearing. I wear size 10 women's shoes and the medium fits perfectly. These are real invisible socks. They are a bit thick but very good quality. I bought three packs and I liked them so much I bought more. Highly recommended.
