If you just want to replace what you already have this definitely works perfectly. The quality is reliable and it serves its purpose. I installed this in my 2003 Monte Carlo LS. I have a 3400 SFI engine. This is a great price too. I paired it with a Walker 55270 intermediate exhaust and Walker 21398 resonator assembly. You will not be disappointed. Don't forget to replace the hangers with the ones you have. That's a good idea.
