Review on 🌬️ Efficient Cooling with the Delphi CS0121 Air Conditioning Compressor by Kevin Huot

Pretty much the same experience as the previous reviewer. I got my first in October 2011. There was a loud pop/click when the A/C turned on (it went away when the A/C turned off). Sent back in November and got a replacement. Same problem. Looks like someone at the factory used a torque wrench or something to secure it. returned once more. Got a replacement in December. Third time charm, right? Incorrect. I seriously have no idea how class action lawsuits aren't being instituted against such companies. You may only need to replace one part, but we (the customers) have to pay the mechanic to pump out and replace the freon and remove and reinstall the part EVERY time. And I think our own time is worth it. Also nothing? To top it off, I finally got in touch with Delphi after I couldn't deal with the horrible noise anymore, knowing that this part was now well outside of Revain's return window. Deplhi essentially just responded with an unnecessary email saying I needed to contact Revain about the warranty. Wow. I understand that stores have a return policy, but since when does a company put the burden of warranty service on a retailer? It is sad. Anyhow, I contacted Revain and luckily they were kind enough to refund my money after all this time because of all the headaches I was going through. Thank you Revvan. So I will continue to make this my first port of call for the items I buy.
