I like that it is completely webbased meaning no software to download or install making for quick set up if you have any technical experience at all! It has been easy so far but there are some features we would love to see added such as multiple time zones (we use this feature often) also more integration with our accounting system Sage 50 which makes life easier when entering data into the hotel's POS.
We're currently looking at other options because of their pricing structure however they do offer great support and training should be able to help get us setup quickly even though its not cheap initially - especially considering how much functionality comes included once everything works well together. The main benefit here is ease of management across many locations using just one interface allowing staff members access anywhere without having to log onto different portals depending where they work.
