Review on 🚲 Panaracer Pasela Wired Tire by Phil Kuebler

I ordered two Panaracer Pasela 650x25C tires and one of them turned out to have a factory defect that no longer makes it made manageable. About 20cm of tires are a few millimeters smaller than the rest. That might not sound like much, but it creates a huge flat spot that makes the tire noticeably 'slap' every half second of riding. I bought the tires on April 2nd but unfortunately due to the Covid-19 lockdown I was not able to find the problem until June. Too late to return to seller who is not at fault.
