Glad I bought them
They are made in Taiwan (not China) and are of a very high quality. DeWalt "industrial" tools come close to "tool cart" quality and are significantly cheaper. I bought these as part of the daily deal and am very impressed. A few impact swirls make life in tight spaces that much easier. Glad I stumbled across them.
