Excellent spiralizer. I only used it on zucchini to make pasta. I tried the three blades that came with it, and for marinara pasta with onions, peppers, and shrimp, we recommend the blade on the finest setting. We love pasta and try to eat a little healthier. So we make zucchini pasta with different sauces 2 or 3 times a week and on Sundays we eat homemade pasta whenever we feel like it. This is a working compromise. This product makes rolling zucchini very easy and convenient. The suction mechanism that holds the unit to the table is much better than the suction cups that came with my previous plastic spiralizer. I no longer have to hold the device with one hand while spiraling it, instead turning the handle with my right hand guides the noodles onto the plate with my left hand. It is very easy to clean and small enough to store on a shelf in one of our cabinets. This sparler has replaced a more expensive plastic block that cracked the handle after a few months of use. We really hope that this metal block will last for several years. We are very happy with our purchase.
