Coating cracks ruined this pan after <10 uses
Pan bottom arrived with defective surface on inside; it is a ceramic glaze that must be resistant to heat cycles. The bottom of the pot has cracks that grow with use - not resistant to frying temperatures; It arrived with obvious weirdness before first use and quickly deteriorated when I dismissed it as a total write-off. Poor design/manufacturing is not worth the money.
