My purchase was made for three reasons: to see the beauty of nature unfold before my eyes and to be able to tell my grandchildren more about nature to meet the needs of my 8 year old year old grandson who is our little scientist. This butterfly habitat is the perfect size for our small home, it's inexpensive but very well made and I love the idea that it has a palm sized zippered side door as well as a zippered top that allows for easy access for cleaning and maintenance. It is also very convenient that it can be easily folded and closed with Velcro when not in use. Picking it up is easy; Simply undo the velcro and the living space takes shape. Great purchase and would recommend to anyone interested in butterflies.
