Having an old tile holder I can't easily adapt it to the ubiquitous super mega monster reels found in stores these days. Having found smaller reels but out of stock due to the pandemic crisis, I wanted to be able to fit any reel size I could find. Enter Charmin's brand name: They offer a free roll extension through an online form. and arrives pretty quickly. Cute! -- Not correct. The ends of the extension are too large in diameter to fit into the slots in the holder. This then gets me back to the idea that I just have to use the larger rolls by hand until they fit in the holder. Enter this product: I looked at the picture and noticed the two step ends that allow it to fit smaller or larger holders. Wonderful. It ended up being a bit smaller than the cheap straight holder I originally had so it wobbles a bit but never fell out. It works great for holding large rolls and I no longer have to hunt for a specific size roll.
