fully meets my requirements. The problem with many other visor organizer designs I've had is that they are held in place with elastic straps that continue to stretch and allow the basket to sag and get in the way. The more you strain them, the quicker they start to sag and become a real nuisance. My new organizers are held in place with velcro straps. They appear to have compartments for many CDs as well as financial access/purchase cards, glasses, a pen and a $20 bill for emergencies. They are not too bulky and have a very good look. Couldn't be happier after a few weeks of use.
