I am 5'6" and find it very difficult to sit comfortably in most chairs. I usually feel like a little kid in a big adult chair, floating in it and constantly adjusting to make me comfortable. I always thought the way chairs rested on my calves and my legs dangled was normal. This chair changed my life. I'm a digital artist, I've been sitting at the computer a lot for over ten years. I've had a lot of physical problems over the past few years, despite exercising regularly and eating well. Turns out I needed a better chair and this is what I need. If you are small I highly recommend this chair if you sit all the time. I kept buying cheaper and cheaper, and you ended up paying in some other way. Seriously, just spend your money on it. Now I can actually sit properly and it's not bad for my body. My feet are really on the ground, I can sit up straight and actually have support for my neck and lower back. If you're small, you know that none of the built-in ergos work on most chairs, so you'll have to buy cushions and tie them to the chair, which really isn't the best option. One of the things I really like about this chair is that the support can be moved. The only downside was that I've sat in chairs that were too big for me for 30 years, so it definitely feels weird at first. But so far I love this chair. I bought purple because if you spend money you can buy the color you like and I have had it for a month now. So far there have been no problems.
