A good product? The heading should say 'Refurbished'

I am very annoyed to hear that this has been refurbished. You had to scroll down the description to see it says 'obsolete'. It should be in the title. $60 savings isn't good for a refurbished one. It should be more like $400 instead of $540. I'm sure the product is fine, but I'm sacrificing the warranty, right? I'm tempted to return it.
