After 4 months of use, I like the time (and wrist strain) this little product saves me in the kitchen. The 900ml size is just about right for my use (cooking for two). It can't be loaded with too much food because the blade will jam, but no big deal slicing and dicing in batches. It's relatively easy to control how small you wish the food to be (chopped to minced). I like that's it's manual. No motor to fail. Though I'm not sure how long the top assembly and pull chord will hold out. The only complaint I have, and the reason for four stars, is the bottom rubber ring came off almost immediately (I didn't find it necessary really) and the plastic "cup body" began to crack early on. Over time, the crack spread up the body and finally failed today (reached the rim). I threw out the body, but will buy the whole thing again, since the price is pretty low.
