I ordered a size up and a little looser which is what I was hoping for
I usually wear a size 22-24 but I have blood clots so I ordered a size 26 as I didn't want to rush me. thick legs. Tight clothing is bad for blood clotting. They actually fit quite well and are even a bit loose, which is very good, especially in the groin and knee area. A 24 would probably fit, but I'm happy with these as I would have preferred them to be a bit larger. They are definitely comfortable. I would give them 5 stars but have not yet washed or swum in them
