Perfect latch replacement for my Haulmark trailer

This Welluck motorhome lock appears to be very well made with visible stainless steel hardware and a beautiful powder coated satin black finish. There is a weather seal on the back of the outer latch. The lock and deadbolt keys are the same key which means only one key is needed to lock and unlock the door on my Haulmark closed utility trailer door which is a plus compared to the lock I replace and the out some reason needed two different button. . Instructions are clear and include latch dimensions, installation and operation. Worth the price!
