This is my second Netis 2780. The first one has been working for several years. The flight is normal, so I took the second one. For comparison: there was also Dlink-615 in parallel, which is still working, but it is quite ancient and weak. When a new router was needed, I also considered DLink. But my main router was ASUS RT-N65U. This is the brand I will never buy again. Because after a year of warranty, it began to fall apart. First, the Wi-Fi block burned out, then the truth is, the router worked for several years and recently completely bent. Without any warning. Then I read that ASUS routers are famous for this. And buying an ASUS router is a big lottery. Most likely money down the drain. The only workhorse I had was Netis. Which included, configured in 10 minutes and forgot about it. I needed a fast network and Wi-Fi everywhere in a three-room apartment. With these tasks, he copes with 5. True, he stands in my apartment almost in the middle. It is clear that the farther, the signal and speeds are weaker. Moreover, we have reinforced concrete walls. But a stable signal is everywhere. I did not expect other options from the router. I download a torrent on a computer, I have a separate file storage, the printer is used on one computer. Therefore, for me, these were all unnecessary functions. And with the rest, Netis does a great job. Very easy to set up, although I noticed a couple of bugs in the interface in the latest firmware. Tested it for extreme downloads. At the same time, I started downloading torrents at a maximum speed of 8 MB / s. Also over the network, copying a large file at maximum speed. And I watched IPTV HD TV. Nothing slowed down anywhere. The processor load of the router was about 70-80%. Started to warm up, but not critical. So if you want a cheap and reliable router at home, feel free to take Netis. The second old Netis router is now working for me as a bridge. In case something happens to the first one, I will restore the entire network in a moment. This makes me very upset.
