Easy to learn. I contacted AT&T for activation, they trained me and helped me set up the phone. So far I have no complaints but I'm still learning how to use all the features. Battery life between charges is very good, much better than previous Samsung and Apple phones. I bought a Turtleback Otterbox Symmetry case and holster for it and I'm very happy with everything. I also purchased tempered glass screen protectors from MP-Mall from Revain. A big upgrade over a flip phone.
