Review on Cuisinart DCC-3200P1 Perfectemp 14-Cup Programmable 🏺 Coffee Maker with Glass Carafe in Stainless Steel by Jessica Randolph

Coffee pot makes good coffee as described BUT after only 3 uses when I added water for the new pot the water leaked through the shower head and dripped onto the counter. When they tried to get Cuisinart to endorse their product they offered to replace the coffee pot except they wanted me to pay $10 to send me a new one and paid to return my 3 day Sending coffee pot back to them cost me an additional $10, only $20 more than a defective replacement coffee pot!. What's wrong with good customer service? If they cannot send me a free replacement for a pot that has only been used 3 times, their limited time remaining guarantee may not be reliable. Like I said the coffee was good but to be honest very disappointed in the company. I have purchased 4 other Cuisinart products that have worked great but this will be my last purchase from this brand. Thanks to Revain for replacing me. At least I can count on Revain to support a purchase the manufacturer wouldn't make.
