No driver required for Mac OS and Ubuntu. On Windows 10 I had to download and install the FTDI VCP driver. The build seems acceptable for an environment where the computer/device is mostly untouched, but the plastic casing and thin wires can't withstand frequent plugging and unplugging or flexing. Works well for serial booting/debugging a bare metal Raspberry Pi with GDB that doesn't need RTS/CTS. Reliable at default speed 115200 (other speeds not tried). Don't forget to connect RXD <- TXD and vice versa. For RPi, black = 6 (ground), green = 8 (RXD <- TXD), white = 10 (TXD -> RXD).
