The simplicity of its integration with all our other systems, it is also an excellent CRM tool which we use very effectively - I would say this has been the best part about using TD i so far. We've not yet found something that doesn't work as well or better than what we had before! There are some quirks in terms of data inputting (e.g. sometimes data is not saved correctly) but these have generally gone away over time. We were looking at different solutions when we first started out and decided to go for TD i because of their customer support; they really do listen to you and help you understand your business needs. Their staff are always willing to talk things through with us if required. They're open to suggestions from customers too and don't just stick to doing what they know how to do.
