I have a 4 liter boiler but I use filtered water to keep it lime free. I wanted to use this kettle to use regular tap water to save filtered water. I mainly use it for my hot water bottle so using filtered water for this would be a waste. The spout is easy to pour into the opening of the water bag. As you can see from the picture of the ramen, it pours well and is easy to squeeze to open the spout for pouring. When the kettle was full I had enough water for the ramen, a bag of water and some more water. The lid is a bit tricky to remove as it is very secure, you have to pull it up to remove it. The opening of the teapot is wide enough to fit my whole hand, making it easy to clean. As mentioned, the handles and lid didn't get hot immediately after the water boiled. The combination of white and wood colors goes well together and makes it very cute in the kitchen. I recommend it. 👍🏻
