Sooo. My sushi was better than what I ordered. I made it with crab, shrimp, avocado, carrots, cucumber, red caviar, and cream cheese. I even rolled in black and regular sesame seeds. Sushi of my dreams. It was perfect and easy, the hardest part was preparing the veggies and only because it took so long. I have often cooked for myself and friends. This is the best value for money in a long time
