UPDATE: After 9 months this blender easily digests everything I've thrown at it, from waffle batter to pizza dough. It deserves more than 5 stars. Fast, simple, easy "beat" almost everything. Cleaning is garbage. It's lightweight and compact. Of course it only has one speed, so what? It doesn't have many attachments, but that's all I need for a blender. The thoughtful design allows you to use two nozzles at the same time instead of one. A few kg of dough are kneaded in a few minutes. A brownie mix that used to take ten minutes of intense hand mixing is now effortlessly ready in a matter of minutes. A quart of heavy cream whips into 13 ounces of butter and a pint of buttermilk in 15 minutes. Hasn't let me down yet. This gadget deserves five stars for functionality. The lack of speed control is annoying, but so far it has worked without it. No additional attachments appear to be available. I will update for durability but everything seems solid.
