Very good for our family. We were infested with bed bugs and found that heat kills them and eggs better than most pesticides. So we got this steam cleaner to clean carpets, walls, beds and more. I can heat rugs up to 170 degrees and can steam almost anything I have with a variety of attachments. It's easy to use and maintain, the handle and hose get hot with use but never get hot. I only wish it had a bigger tank, on a full shot I get 45-50 minutes of continuous vapor. Really great insect control and cleaning product.
