Review on EKAT Touchscreen Android Bluetooth Navigation by Chris Doe

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Does anything but good radio reception

So if you want good radio reception or FM sensitivity in car stereos, you have to spend some money. This is no exception. The reception sucks. BUT everything else is great. I listen to Pandora anyway so it doesn't bother me. Keith came with everything. I was expecting the Android OS to start up a bit slower, but it's actually quite fast. I never had to wait for that. Equalizer is a pretty cool feature on this one. You can change the speaker channel capacitor values and all that. Pretty versatile. I put it in my work van, Sprinter 05. The wiring harness is connected properly, but I had to swap a wire. I couldn't believe it. No wired adapter required. Came with a GPS unit for navigation, has good built in Bluetooth and is full Android so you can play fruit ninja or whatever. I love it.

Pros
  • ★Supports Mirror Link function: This Android car radio can be connected to a mobile phone via a data cable or a hotspot to establish a two-way connection between the mobile phone and the car radio. Videos on mobile phones can be projected onto a large screen for viewing.
Cons
  • Minor problems
