It allows you manage all your reservations in one place, which makes it easy for clients as well employees of yours! We can also see our sales data with graphs that are very useful when planning marketing strategies or new offers etc..

The only downside I found so far was having some problems at first getting used too (the platform itself could use more training). But nothing major really - just trying out everything from time-to-time will make sure its not something we have missed during testing period!! Having an integrated reservation system has been great since day 1 & now even better because they've added integrations w/ other platforms like Booking Manager / Hotels Combined!
