What's the point of buying a device if you can't use it? I bought an iphone in the Amazon store. The screen turned out to be defective. The store sent the device to the official service center for quality control. The service center did not reveal any problems (did not reveal). A call to Apple technical support confirmed the presence of a massive problem with the screens on the 12th Iphone, but they can’t help in any way - they suggest waiting for an ate. The store doesn't move forward either. starting with IOS 14.4 beta 2, the screen problem was solved programmatically.
