This was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give it a try. MARVELOUS! For about $10, this is a quick and easy way to make popcorn without the bulky popcorn makers that take up counter space and require special attention. This silicone-based snap folds flat for easy storage. The top is not attached, it just sits inside. I put butter and oil on the bottom. Follow directions carefully as popcorn is easy to burn - a bit of trial and error but you'll eventually get the hang of how it works with your microwave. It says don't drink more than 1/4 cup of popcorn - take that seriously. I haven't tried more, but based on my learning curve I'm sure more than that would just be wasted. I bought Simply Organic purple popcorn at the grocery store. Highly recommend - great value at $10. And you can wash it in the dishwasher.
