Review on Reputation by Chad Black

I like how easy it is for customers or anyone else who wants input about your business's products/services etc., can easily give you an honest opinion without any fear they will be judged negatively by others in social media! It would have been nice if there was some sorta "report" feature so people could see what other users had said before making up my mind myself whether i should try out something new at work.. Maybe someday? This software does not let me report posts but maybe thats because im using wordpress instead than facebook itself which may make sense since its designed specifically with FB stuffs rather then general internet usage.
