Review of Reputation as an AI software

The best part about reputation is it helps our team analyze customer behavior which is very helpful when taking action. I dislike how it's difficult to track and keep up with everything being done in one place. It can get overwhelming at times. It's definitely worth using even if your looking for the basics you won't be disappointed. My team uses this tool every day to make sure we are doing the right things and meeting our goals. It's helped us see trends, which allows us to take action sooner

  • This gives my group insight into what people like or don’t enjoy so they know where improvements need made within their products & services offerings
Cons
  • Zero

I like how easy it is for customers or anyone else who wants input about your business's products/services etc., can easily give you an honest opinion without any fear they will be judged negatively by others in social media! It would have been nice if there was some sorta "report" feature so people could see what other users had said before making up my mind myself whether i should try out something new at work.. Maybe someday? This software does not let me report posts but maybe thats because

  • Not too much trouble learning, no complicated features needed just basic familiarity (and knowledge)

Excellent Customer Service, Flexible and Fulfilling

I am satisfied with my overall experience in reputation management at Hootsuite! They've been very flexible working around all our scheduling needs for new clients/customers who want social media campaigns scheduled during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Eastern time zone US Central Time Zone). The team is responsive when needed but also understand if you need some space or quiet down times between calls especially after 9 pm PST / 6 AM EST where they are still active users…
