Review on Baban by Jon Joung

Although the Baban online store claims to have a large assortment of kitchen and household goods, my shopping with them was less than satisfactory. The prices, in my opinion, are outrageous and do not correspond to the caliber of the goods being sold. For instance, I expected to get a set of cookware from Baban that was of great quality and would last for many years. But after just a few uses, the non-stick coating started to peel, leaving me bitterly dissatisfied. Furthermore, I thought there was a meager range of tableware, with only a few different shapes and colors. In addition, I was dissatisfied with Baban's poor customer service. When I contacted them with my worries regarding the cookware's quality, I got a slow response and no genuine answer to my issue. It appeared that the business was more focused on closing a deal than making sure customers were happy. In conclusion, I can't suggest Baban online store to anyone looking for high-quality kitchen and household goods. The products' meager quality is just out of line with the costs, and the customer service is poor. I advise you to purchase elsewhere for your home and kitchen needs because there are many other online retailers out there that provide better products at more affordable pricing.
