This is a miracle! It's toast! That's the best there is to say about a toaster and believe me, not all toasters are up to the task. I've only had this toaster one day, but I've tried different types and sizes of bread. Everything was browned evenly on both sides. This toaster has other notable features. I love that I can raise a toast to take a quick look and continue toasting without having to restart the toasting cycle. I like a heating pad. I haven't used it yet, but I see possibilities in the future. The timer is a nice new touch, although not essential. I invested in red and I have no regrets. That is beautiful. I realize this fact won't impress everyone since the function of a toaster is so mundane, but when aesthetics are combined with functionality you have a winner. So why not 5 stars? Well, he must stand the test of time before he can earn it. By any standards, this is an expensive toaster. It's surprisingly light and I'm not sure the flimsy tanning lever will hold up. However, it is covered by a two-year warranty and I intend to keep all my records.
