Just trust me. Don't skimp on plastic. Just buy metal ones and save yourself the pain. Do you really want to spend hours trying to get valves to stop leaking, bursting, breaking or spilling water all over the place? No, I'm sure not. Just spend a few euros more. Learn from my mistake.
