I like that there are so many different options to view our events! It can be difficult to navigate sometimes; however, with practice it becomes easier and you get used to its layout. The customer service has been fantastic too - quick answers to emails, always very helpful when answering any questions we might have. We love how easy and accurate it was to create estimates from one of several templates available through Eventbrite versus other vendors who would require us to provide all information manually which could take upwards of 20-30 minutes per estimate. Using RisoEvent allowed us to use multiple templates for each type of event (e.g., wedding, corporate) allowing greater customization without having to edit everything individually.
