The support is great, they are always willing to answer any questions you have! They also make it very easy for us as small business owners who don't want to spend hours upon hours answering our own phone calls/emails every week / month etc. I wish we could do some kind of monthly subscription so if there's something new coming out then everyone gets notified instantly instead of waiting weeks before people even realize its available in stores now. We use this service quite often because it makes life easier when talking with clients about feedback since all they need to know is what product they're looking at and how long ago (or sometimes just minutes) someone left them one.
