I've had plantars fasciitis in my left foot for over a year now and am always looking for relief. I ordered these socks to use for the monthly 5k I try to do. I was very pleased with the well made feel of these socks and the compression. Did my foot ache after my 5k? Yes - I didn't expect a miracle, but I do believe I had a lot less pain wearing these socks during my run. I wear a size 7 running shoe and have narrow feet. I will eventually buy a few more pairs but I'm hoping to find a package deal with a lower cost per pair, as I think they are pricey.
