Security Warning! Do not use in a microwave oven that is also used for cooking!
I read this information on a website that sells microwave ovens, so please use a special microwave to melt glass. This microwave oven needs to be used 3 times in 20 minute increments before it heats up to an orange-yellow glow. Even then, another tour was necessary because the glass supplied was not rounded at the edges. I have a "real" oven that works a lot better, but this one is good for scraps and quick fine detail - I just need to find one that works faster. Mine may be broken because it's not running as fast as the comments section.
