It's not worth it. suitable for bicycle tools and maintenance

Sounds like a good deal, but it isn't. For starters, valve caps are badly threaded, whoever does them needs a tool change. The opening of the syringe hose is too small for high quality sealant (Stan's Race) so it gets clogged. Given the quality of the other parts, I wouldn't risk using Presta valves. The only thing worth spending was the valve tooling. If you need these details, look elsewhere.
