So I recently reviewed this product. In the beginning it worked very well and I was completely satisfied with it. I've been looking for a humidifier for my home for a long time. My nose dries up and the heating (in winter) makes it worse; and even get nosebleeds. I was looking for a humidifier for a while and came across this product and was happy with the description so I bought it. After about 2 weeks of use, my room started smelling like burnt plastic, that was coming from this humidifier. I decided to email the seller (thank you letter I received with this product). I was told to try a few things and was patient with the seller until I was accused of breaking this machine. I told the seller that it is normal for the machine to break, how can you help me? Should I trade it to Amazon and ask him for help. The seller seemed to get paranoid and started emailing me after emails even offering me money and asking me "not to return the product if you change your rating because my boss will get mad". This seemed doubtful to me and I decided to return the goods. Product. I wanted to share my experience so if anyone wants to buy this product just be aware that you might have the same experience. Offering my own money to keep a product felt strange to me and this was my first encounter since using Amazon. I hope this was just an isolated incident, but if not, look for another product.
