Review on 🔧 Dorman 520-287 Front Left Upper Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly: Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Models, Black - Top Quality Replacement by James Davis

I wish I had done a video check before returning this item to Revain. I work on cars regularly and this Dorman lever is the first lever I've ever seen done this way. I installed this lever on my Ford Explorer and after 2 days the lever broke in the ball joint area. I spent 4 hours installing these controls and was a bit frustrated to say the least. I've tried emailing and phoning Dorman multiple times but they never responded. Thanks to Revain I was able to return the product. I will never buy from Dorman again due to the lack of customer service and poor quality.
