Not an OEM replacement. But also 1/6th the price and if your kids broke your original like mine did this is a forgiving replacement. There are no instructions so I took a picture how to install it properly. You only use 2 of the 4 hooks that come with it. You attach the included plastic hooks to the bottom bungee cord and use the built-in top bungee loops to attach to the hooks already installed in your car. Many words, see the pictures to save me another thousand. Satisfied with the function of the product. We sometimes put beach toys in our old one, the new one doesn't catch sand like the factory one. But with backpacks, tools and sports equipment, kids won't damage anything either. 1 star deducted for lack of instructions. The product is fine.
