Cheap but not the best replacement
Not the best replacement for the Recon 250. It is very weak. Nothing like the original with two layers of foam and a metal shield inside (which I accidentally threw away). It was too short to reach the metal bracket that holds the tail securely, and it keeps popping out of the receiving rubber flange on the carb side when you try to tighten the hose clamp. Worse, after a ride I sometimes find it on the underside of the air intake. Rather spend a little more and get the best.
