The ease of use with all our different specialties makes this program one to try! I like having access from anywhere as well since we work remotely across state lines it's very easy using my smart phone or computer at home during breaks. It needs more training options in order to better support everyone within your organization but so far no complaints about their customer service department either!! So many features are included making managing patients much easier than other programs out there including scheduling appointments and keeping track of progressions! I like the ability to create and update my own forms. I also like that you can attach documents to your cases. It's not as intuitive as other case management software. I wish it had a better search function. Qunote has helped me to organize and manage my cases. I also like that I am able to access my cases from any computer.
