i finally got it out and on both the furniture we just got and the ones we've had for a long time had, used before . It helped rejuvenate both parts and when I applied it the cleaning cloth also picked up much finer dirt that the dust just couldn't pick up. I'm not sure how often I'll be using it, but it certainly got us thinking about what we need to do to keep our wooden furniture happy, but this wax will definitely be a part of it. The lack of odor is definitely a plus for me, and while it leaves a mark on your hands after you've done the job, it's not uncomfortable. It's more like a heavy-duty moisturizer than an oil-based product, if that makes sense.
