Honestly it took me a whole 5 months but then it just appeared out of nowhere. stopped working for no reason, it worked after a second and then stopped. During that limited time, although it had satisfactory sound quality, you shouldn't use it if you want to watch a movie in the evening, just listen to music while you work. . The cables are very short, so you can't adjust them the way you want, even when plugging into a laptop. The volume control isn't on the speakers themselves, but rather in the middle of the cable, so it was just out of reach. So if you want to adjust it you'll either have to duck under the desk or behind the laptop, it's not a big deal but it gets annoying quickly.
