I used to have this mouse and it worked fine until I dropped it and broke the scroll wheel. Ergonomics, weight, functionality - everything was great. However, in the new one I got, the cursor barely moves, as if there was a problem with the communication between the button and the mouse. The problem persists on all my computers (4) regardless of location, which tells me it's not a signal interference issue or a specific computer issue. Changing the batteries didn't help either. Feedback from others suggests that when the model was updated to its new name (RX350) there must have been a hardware change that is causing this lag/stuttering issue. I would avoid it for now.
