I bought them all red for Christmas and have been using them for a few months now. Excellent quantity, price and quality. They are thick, strong and long. Suitable for children and adults, washable and reusable. Any cups or holders used should also be long and/or thick enough to support the weight and size. I originally brought them for 16 ounces. Plastic cups but luckily I tried them first for decoration. They rotated cups with and without liquid. I bought similar acrylic cups to keep my color scheme, so I wouldn't recommend flimsy or plastic cups, but definitely straws.
