The lock will preserve the honesty of honest people, but no more.

The lock itself is a 2.0" x 2.75" plastic case. The 30-inch cable is 0.062 inches thick, including the plastic coating, which is thinner than a standard #2 pencil lead. It's not as easy to cut the cable with scissors or a paring knife, but pliers will do the trick anyway. In addition, the cable can still be pulled out when it is locked.

Pros

Universal Cable Lock: 30" cable long enough to lock your bike to a tree/gate/fence/railing etc. The cable lock can also be used on motorcycles, skateboards, scooters, grills and lawn mowers, sports equipment and tool boxes and ladders as well as doors.
